Hey, i'm wondering what is the best way of doing this? You know when you crop a picture, then later you wanna add outline shadow, i notice that almost everyone uses this style.

Steps please.

at photoshop, double click the layer to go into layer blending, then click outer glow, then select darker color and select blend mode to normal (default is screen), then done!
