This morning i woke up and open facebook apps, when i play video on youtube, my speaker sounds some kind of noise like cracking noise.. When i called apple care, she told me to reset and after reset the speaker is just the same. So, she told me to bring the ipad to service center to replace a new one because ipad don't have service fore repair. It sounds good to get a new ipad but i need to know should I bring along the box and accessories? Is there any chance the speaker was broken because of my own use?

How sure the exchange of one to one will be a new unit instead of a refurbish unit? If every time change to new unit, where will be all the return unit going?

My my, thats bad.

If can exchange for a total new set, been thinking to purposely spoil the home button before the expiry of one year warranty so that i can have a new fresh set to use again

I'm not sure, but from reading around, it seems they are refurbished sets. Looks very new, though, almost can't tell. My iPad2 home button also a bit sot-sot, nowadays ok, but there was one day where nothing happens when pressing it... just waiting for it to occur again and claim warranty biggrin.gif but where to claim?
