as for gym equipment and etc, i've just bought two set of dumbbell, weighing at 40KG per dumbbell (coz i bought additional 10KG plate and 5 KG plate).

now im ordering a multipurpose gym rack... when you can do leg, pull down weight, bench press and etc... cost around RM1100 to RM1300.

if you just want the bench alone, it will be costly. So far I see is around RM750 to RM850++... (depend to quality type).

there are few places you can buy... just the matter of quality/brand.

you can go to kettlers(One Utama, Lot 10), fitness concept (MidValley), weider (Pyramid)... this is branded stuff and can be costly.

those not so expensive stuff, can get it at carrefour, giant, tesco and etc... but in term of lasting n quality, is bad.

i just bought one from kettlers... their service is good and i find the price is reasonable.

i checked the price for dumbbell weight at 10KG (total). the price in giant and the price for kettlers is a huge different... around RM35 different... which kettlers is cheaper.
