Recently when i put in the disc, a blade comes out from the right asking me to update the game.
Then when i select "yes", an error came out and call me to check www.xbox.com\support for more info.
It seems like during the auto update, Xbox Live actually signs out then signs in again, so my advice to you is to just wait for a bit when your account has signed in again and then confirm the update.
