Since TS mentioned size 185/60R14, imho, perhaps can consider the following

Bridgestone Turanza AR10
Continental ComfortContact 5
Falken ZE912
Hankook Optimo ME02
Toyo Teo Plus icon_rolleyes.gif
Yokohama C-Drive 2 icon_rolleyes.gif

As for myself, i would go for either Teo Plus for extra comfort + quiet
or C-Drive 2 for comfort + bit of performance
