Hi may I know if the developer charged you rm1,000 admin fee before they send out the letter of consent? As I was told it will be the Vendor cost since my unit is block B and not under HDA.

Normally developer confirmation of RM50 is bear by purchaser but mine is not under HDA so the developer told me the admin charges is RM1,000 instead of rm50 and will be bear by vendor instead. Anyone encounter this before? Is this real? Thanks
