Hundred over units unsold really is quite a lot. And surprisingly, it's the lower floor units. Normal pattern would be higher units unsold, due to the more expensive pricing. Interesting project nonetheless, especially the design of the different layouts.

What is the price now? Have the maintained it or increased it? If desperate, they might even go more aggressive on discount/rebates, so as to release it and increase cash flow.

Maybe they will show you the empty site and the blank skyline. Then suddenly wave a cloth over your vision and tadaaaa!!!!
