facilities and density/space doesn't seem comparable with Hyve. Although it does look very modern. Based on proximity, Tamarind will target rich students I guess. No DIBs I think for the project and not sure whether partially furnished or not.

QUOTE(Marl^^ @ Nov 21 2014, 04:24 AM) to me they are both unique, in terms of rental we shall see after VP, I guess not much the difference, in terms of walking distance maybe bit far but it's not that much i think. In addition Hyve is more exclusive and you are undisturbed by commercial activity and people walking around your compound. That said, Hyve would be relatively safer as well. Of course Shaftsbury will be a bit more convenient sharing the same building as the commercial. But all that said, the more affluent may prefer the privacy. And that includes perempuan simpanan |

QUOTE(Zavia/GenX @ Sep 22 2015, 08:37 AM) 1. Long term rental growth. Don't talk about 1 year. But the likelihood of rental after 5-10 years will be higher than now.2. The installments you pay actually goes to interest and principal. The principal amount goes into your account and you actually get it back/lowers interest cost. 3. Gotta put Capital/Property appreciation in the equation. If you cover interest and gain 20% in property price after 3 years, why not? |
