good and easy entry.. investor friendly but i still doubt the demand Vs supply in the coming 3 years
and also not so interested in the idea of opis mix home idea..

The pictures n photos looks attractive with respect to the entry cost!
However for student renting purpose I still think Pangaea has a better bet.
Walking distance to mmu n paragon.
Maybe this project is more suitable for executive in I.t MNC.

Thought MMU ady tied up with The Arc...

This project more target working adult...

For this project, selling point will be the master plan and facilities...

Because unlike others, below is retail floor / shopping mall...

This somethings like Condo style but is office suites... Owner can enjoy more privacy activities within the area...

Technosuites is soho so it bound for ltv 70. Get those low flr but above podium, you may have chance then as tat ll b office suites.

and also the public park just a stone throw away.

Yup, leasehold, but if you having a 700ft2 unit, lease hold wont affect much.

Im looking forward for KLCC view.

But of course, this Hyve is really good entry for investor to flip.

Check through location, near LRT and close to KLCC....

tough call btw this and that.. different game plan..
