the key remains to be seen is the demand for this kind of unit in cyber
staying in a studio is like in developed countries eg new york where you have highly paid professionals etc
because malaysians like value for money
so they calculate
like put as many tenants into one unit
if cyber has more of this kind of willing people to stay in studio and pay higher rental then you can have buyers..
if less then buyers will compare here and there and find the best value

Seafood Makan Makan Session for purchasers, this is the 2nd makan makan organised by this developer already. My friend all say why their developer never organised this before.

Me also first time experience these events.

BTW, went to Shaftsbury Residence at night, occupancy rate should be around 80-90%

The shabu shabu restaurant is expanding at shafstbury square , from 1 lot to 3 lots, business must be good

mine is 2nd flr, shaftbury office view.. sad.gif but for me to flip...360K is good enough (but i think i will rent out first), then sell with tenancy.

For late buyer now to flip...460k at least?!

The 360K is for which floor? The leftover units are also on lower floors?

Tamarind 280k is for smallest unit of 403sqft. It's even smaller than hyve studio 450sqft. I think alot ppl bought last time around rm220k only for hyve 450sqft.

facilities and density/space doesn't seem comparable with Hyve. Although it does look very modern. Based on proximity, Tamarind will target rich students I guess. No DIBs I think for the project and not sure whether partially furnished or not.
