I did asked, my same unit 1+1 520sft now selling how much? The SA said "360k", so I assumed is my unit type. Is been 4 times of price increments according to SA. The ROI is great even if I sell my unit 360k 2 years later smile.gif

i saw some sales they still sell so am thinkin whether i should get this too for executives to rent or others

james, seafood is another sales day? when and where?

My loan amount is 213k (85% loan-commercial title). I am looking at 150-180k net profit upon vped...yay yay!

Yup...purchased price was 250k, 10% discount, my total downpayment around 13k. I opt for no dibs, dev will return 7-8k upon vp. So my cost should be around 226k+-, if vp can sell 360k (today sales gallery price) I am happy di..smile.gif
