Hyve ok...why u dont buy Masreca Nineteen by Sterling Prima? affordable apartment 850sqft 270k++..

Location beside Hewlett Packard...

I think its safer and suitable for u....comes furnished as well...but only 1st time home buyer can touch this project....their sales gallery at The Domain...
Do check if they have any burdened commitment such as unable to rent out or sell within XX years...
*
aiseh...first time home buyer so it is PR1MA la..
most of us here cannot touch ady...

This part of Cyberjaya will be more toward executive enclave than student village like cyberia side. If it is confirmed that there is an access from Hyve to Shaftbury then it will be fantastic to Hyve owners. More and more Non Student Village available for cyberjaya workers to rent or own a small pad in cyberjaya. Good for the township...to get more nite population.

it seems like the target is for people who work in shaftsbury square
so many SOHO still selling in cyberjaya
if i pick few then hopefully average return is decent

i cannot recall but shaftsbury square does look like the most occupied commercial area

yes jam is good
it means life
it means something inside to attract people to be "jam" there
the worst is when people shun the place then become no value liao...

rental rate to executive should be higher than students
the tendency to damage your unit is also lower
but competition is from shaftsbury square residence right

Went for data center (right opposite the hyve actual site)site visit for my company so took this photo to show how close we are to next building. I bought level 2 and is actually 5th flr from the ground wink.gif

Went to show room during lunch and found out the cheapest leftover unit is now 360k! I am glad!
