Not for ppl who have plan properly. Completing a property too early or too late may derail their financial planning.

if for own stay fast completion is good. But if for investment fast release is bad.

not much i think around 6-10 units? i was briefly looking at their sales chart with sticker....but certain layout have finish...only available certain units only...

if im so well off i would gladly buy one for weekend house ...my wife like the design with huge balcony and lanai one...but we cant afford it already have 2 units

I am not really sure if slow = quality. Just compare its speed to Cybersquare, Hyve is progressing at turtle speed. Hopefully they are still on track with their timing.

you guys have valid points there, well as long as dev can deliver on time it should be fine.

This is my last property investment with DIBS. So delay is not my problem as I don't need to service my loan so fast and some more can collect LAD. But I think Kim Lun will definitely want to finish ahead of schedule as to them the earlier the better as they can save on interest paid by them on DIBS. Just hope that they don't compromise on quality by rushing.
