Segar looks good. House orientation very uniform from what I see in the masterplan. How many units left? How much for the corner unit?

From the map, Bandar Ainsdale is neighboring to S2 Heights. No wonder the response is overwhelming for last two launching ==> Mekar and Segar.
Bandar Ainsdale is relatively low price tag compare to S2 Heights. |

TS, could you take away PRIMA from the tiltle. It is only one phase. Future launching all >500k already
