At least for another 10 years (I guess), before they need to build another toll plaza.

From the map, Bandar Ainsdale is neighboring to S2 Heights. No wonder the response is overwhelming for last two launching ==> Mekar and Segar. Bandar Ainsdale is relatively low price tag compare to S2 Heights.

That's a positive for Ainsdale...as usually its developers of either very high end projects or tough sell projects who entice customers with higher grade materials.....many projects in klang valley with high demand utilise lower grade materials as demand outpaces supply.....

What i meant is their pricing strategy is right. Surrounding property price will be the key factor to determine their launching price. And SD is ruins the buyer to BANDAR AINSDALE. I heard SD is using the good quality flora and fauna for the landscape in this township. Look forward to see the upcoming good suburban township

location wise, ainsdale commands better location than S2 or BSS since it is located closer to PLUS (with dedicated i/c and closer to KL by a few kilometers. KTM tiroi is nearby, also proposed is another station within ainsdale.
it is a sizable and sustainable township >500 acres by a reputable developer (known for good infra). price will appreciate.
house price is a little bit higher at RM210-220psf. if you buy for own stay and you dont mind the additional kms of travelling distance to highway, buy bss with higher built-up for less than RM200 psf.
rental in the area is quite challenging due to many options.
also consider mega3 project in seremban 3. it is not far from PLUS (PD exit), located near UiTM and golf area. price still < RM400,000 with spacious 2,600 sqft.
don't forget to consider new highway alignment connecting LEKAS-SENAWANG-KLIA.
