Nikel Hair Salon provided us the worst service ever.
Color not right, and they refused to change the color just because we got some cheap deals from groupon!
Ended up being scolded by some irresponsible person in-charge. What service is that seriously? Scolding customers and claiming that she is lazy to talk to us?
Nightmare at Nikel Puchong and we will never visit again!!!!

Sorry to hear that and I hope your hair would get better as time goes by.

I don't like going to saloon because not all saloons are professional as they seem to be. Some are really unreasonable and rude. Some are not even fully trained!

yup! that's really not professional.. not being bias or whatsoever.. that's why i never want to go to local salons anymore.

go get another salon. if they continue their service like this, they won't able to stay long.
