crys, u can call that number to contact the the liwyer firm. ask them the name of the firm and give them your hp num. then ask them politely to sms u d address so that u can google it... gao dim no big deal...

snoring - kinda normal.
fart - kinda normal too. but fart silently as it is kind of manners.
chubby - exercise more and one's will be less chubby. besides, exercise keeps u awake and agile and it gives u a healthier body.

thank you. i treat u all as friends so i wish every1 is healthy and happy de.

of coz makan is not a problem, but we still need a balance life. Last time i always makan makan and makan, then i almost reach 90kg. then my movement/actions became clumsy, brain works like a turtle, not really like to take photos, low self-confidence, every1 called me unker, my parents worried bout my health and etc... And then i've decided to be a young man! So i go for exercise and control myself abit in makan.

you'll be happy when u heard some1 told u 'wow, u are slimmer...' and words like that. Then u can really feel the sense of accomplishment/success which is able to motivate one's to move forward.

and now i always have badminton sessions with my frens, and 1 of them is 120kg. we(other frens and i) will remind him bout his health on and off coz we care. he wants makan, we accompanied him. but we wont let him over makan. coz got 1 time he did not feel well after a few mins of badminton and he sat aside silently. then i noticed sth wrong with him and i found that his face gone pale. at that moment, i'm sooooooo worried. and other frens started to panic too coz we dont know what can we do. That kind of worry not is those normal worries, it's like u going to 'lose' a friend. Thank God that he is still here with us now.

thanks for all the above. The feeling of 'losing' a good fren is really so i do what i can do before it's too late...

en, diff ppl have confidence in diff area. Let's take an example here:

Ali - good looking guy, normal employee.
Baba - normal looking guy, a business man.

When talk bout physically attractiveness, of coz Ali is more confident than the Baba. But when talk bout wealth, financing, properties, i guss u all shd know who is more confident.


So my point is, every1 has his/her uniqueness/merit. Confident or not is depends on how u present yourselves.
