Bought a game and was specific in wanting an English version. Shipping was quick but sent me a Chinese one. Being the curious gamer thinking that language can be changed opened the package and noticed it's truly in Chinese. Asked for an exchange and was not entertained. Keep staying once opened no exchange allowed. Hey please what happened to customer service and obviously this seller doesn't care. My first and last time. It's not so much the money but the mentality in customer service and not owning up to their mistake that I can't stand.
This is a classic example of a business that's in there for the money vs a business that wants to make customer happy. Bare in mind he made the mistake and takes no responsibility.
