My fat yogurt (that's her name) is running out of space, any recommendation on getting a bigger and affordable tank? Pj/ttdi area preferable

That tank is just way tooooo small for her, you need atleast a 4ft x 2ft tank, else Ms Fat-Yogurt wont grow > 20year old, FYI mine Ninja is already >20year old, & now he live on land [ my cemented backyard ]

haha thanks. i am trying to imagine how huge it is! i thought RES requires certain amount of water to live at?

any recommendation where to get a bigger tank for yogurt? glass or plastic or it doesn't matter? i would prefer to be able to see it from the side though. what will be the expected price for each?

There are many sellers of used glass tank in garage sale, get a 4ft x 2ft x1.5ft should be fine, DIY your filteration system to make his water clean

The tank is really too small for them, get a 4ft x 2ft tank, fiber or glass tank

folks, like to ask, does a red ear slider require some degree of dry ground? my 1 year old+ is living in a tank and half submerge most of the time. i had a platform for her but she's growing too big for it to stay on top...

i am using the big container from Giant
*
How big is this one year old fella ?

I usually keep my 20 year old on dry land & let her swim for abt 30mins a day in a big basin of water.........

Question here..

I'm planning to use sand as substrate for my razorbacks and I've been doing a lot of research on what sand to use. Heard that play sand or pool filter sands are good. Couldnt find play sand but i found pool filter sand.

I've found one shop selling pool filter sand and was wondering if its safe to use. I know i have to wash it beforehand as well.
Below is the link to the sand i saw..

Why cant we just get some sand from the beach [ eg Port Dickson beach [ beautiful sand ] , soak in tap water for a few days , then only use as substrate
