QUOTE(mah2806 @ Mar 11 2013, 01:17 PM) oh only for the 2012 model i see. im buying the 2013. im not sure whether the baby chair can fit the backrow but i think its possible coz the problem for the backrow are the head rooms and the leg space. as for the friend thingy i agree fetch one by one or put in the bonet put down the back seat, let friend sleep... sounds good |

QUOTE(gunplakk @ Mar 11 2013, 01:42 PM) My wife and I use it as our main car, but we still have a back up proton hanging around in case we need a 4 sitter. thanks.. will consider again.. If you plan for a baby.... as much as I like the car, unless you plan to buy a 2nd car in 2-3 yrs time, i say forget it. dont let your heart take control over your head. yes u can put a child seat, but with a child, you have tonnes of other stuff to carry with you... and without the seat folded down, you dont have much space. Listen to your wife. You wont regret it. This car will not have much 2nd hand value as well... I bought this car knowing I am in for the long haul. Its rare, its unique and i see that it has alot of potential to do a lot of things in the future. I plan to change my proton later for something else in a few years time once my loan for the Z is paid off. On the plus side, this car, its great car, really fun to drive, responsive.... as its very new, and i have not had a chance to play with it too much (currently overseas), i cant tell for sure as i have not rev above 3K but i would say the performance does not feel too much different from FD 2.0 which was my main car b4 this. And if you do go down the path of passion vs logic |

QUOTE(metaled @ Mar 11 2013, 02:18 PM) This is the main concern that is stuck in my brain now bro. Im offloading my 6 months old Preve to an important family person, so the Z will be my only main car. Passion is running strong in me now against logic. But the women boss sounds logical also. What a struggle..... i cant decide, she want me to get insight.. instead of CRZ.. we both like the Z, but not practical.. unless we get another car very soon.. which is not easy.. |

QUOTE(Nitrous @ Mar 11 2013, 04:01 PM) If wife rejects the car, my suggestion is to listen to your wife. IMHO, you don't want to end up in a situation where she says "I told you so". Trust me, you'd never hear the end of it till you die. haiz.. listen to my lady boss then, with condition i pick the next car maybe?? I drive a CRZ, however, I also have other cars to appease the Lord-at-Home, thus if you are planning for one car only, I would suggest a 4 door car. |

QUOTE(gunplakk @ Mar 11 2013, 05:08 PM) never dyno my car b4 That is why i m looking for CRZ also, i wanted a sporty car but dont need to be super fast, responsive and agile is good enough, with the benefit of ok fc and not very high maintenance cost.. My Z, i will probably mod it a bit to give it a bit more muscle after 5 yrs warranty and by then, my wife would have gotten her choice of cars. She wants some SUV painted black with a big My Melody head on the bonnet just to irritate me for getting the Z exactly why the Z works for me, I dont normally push my car to very high speeds for long periods.. usually just short burst or over taking or merging lanes etc. for this purposes, the Z is perfect. |
