Quite confem today, after yesterday night took out the "accidental ground cable", I can notice the throttle lag is obvious again. The subwoofer is "burping" again, as aircon kicks in, RPM will drop until the car felt like shutting off sleep.gif Next project is definitely Ground Cable!!! yawn.gif I knew some will say its not related, I oso can't explain it as previously ayam as well disbelief GC & VS will effect engine performance. Ayam impressed by the butt dyno and willing to let people call me an ignorant, but I know what I want for my butt. flex.gif

Next TT show us where the accidental GC route. My Persona throttle lag can be felt at traffic light too. Wheelspin at WOT is not so good, I want smooth fast acceleration.

Hi Bro... notworthy.gif

400A? A commercially available one?
Probly minus a zero, Bro? IINM... tongue.gif

ps. Sincere apologies if me am mistaken/wrong lo.... icon_rolleyes.gif

You can go Eneos or Tesco, cheap ones are 300A, slightly better ones are 400A.

TQVM 4clarifying...my bad lo... notworthy.gif

Me saw many such cables but on closer exam, the actual wires were actually thinner than our 3-core 13A electrical cables !!
Probly can take heavier load due2 much lower voltage... blush.gif

ps. Me made my own jumpers by combining all 3-core of 30A such cables (meant as aircon cables)...  tongue.gif

Home electrical voltage is 240V, the P=IR yields you similar wattage despite car jumper wires has 300A capability.

12V x 300A = 3600W
240V x 13A = 3120W

And home electrical cables take long term load, like 24/7 for years. Car jumper cables are intended for temporary use only.

Seriusly, I don't really care huat is in the cable. I know welding cable is 300a onwards, and the kedai logam tauke did suggested to use those welding cable to make jump start cable. However, the jump start cable that I accidentally grounded was cap ayam RM9.90 icon_idea.gif

I, most probably is gonna get the 500a welding cable & stuff it on my engine hook whistling.gif Trouble is, the lug will be too huge, need to find a way to tie it up sweat.gif

I think cap ayam cable is already quite thick isn't it? You may need heavy duty crimps to secure it to a lug, like those TNB contractors.

yes. LOL

Then screw the warranty. I'm not going back for service after I kao tim the glass leaking issue. Money is not the big deal here, using some engine oil that I don't like, defeats the purpose.

Hi Bro YAB David.... notworthy.gif

Kinda feel this info (from a post in V thread) sort of explains why yr Sawwy FC improved so much cos of EO leak in2 combustion chambers...

This guy is experimenting with adding 2T motorbike oil to each tankful of petrol....eg 2ml of 2T to 1 Litre petrol... rolleyes.gif
AND he claims his FC has improved alot!!

Of course, he din mention the consequences of such an addition...eg possiblity of carbon-fouled spark plugs (need 2clean/change more often), carbon deposits in combustion chambers & related parts... sweat.gif
All who hv owned/used those 2T mixed fuel bikes eg Vespa, Lambretta, Suzuki, shld kno... brows.gif

ALL Bros interested in improving FC

If improving FC is yr PRIMARY concern abt yr ride, that's one way 2go abt it...  thumbup.gif
Wanna give it a try? cheers.gif

If you want to use, get the synthetic grade 2T oil, much lesser carbon. Some says the 2T can lubricate the valves, reducing valve recession and also improve compression.

I've never tried and I'm still fearful. The catalytic converter might be the first to give up due to carbon deposits.

Haha, was me.

The Persona review was exactly what I felt, it's a good car when you cruise, not when you want to zig zag through traffic. biggrin.gif
