Hey guys! After few days of returning back to Malaysia I had finally gotten chance to upload and share my shots taken using my newly purchased Canon 7D with 18-135 IS STM lenses! I must say that I'm impressed with the overall picture quality. rclxms.gif

Sharing some of the shots taken in Taipei National Zoo and my home garden~

All pics subject are smack dead in the centre and are actually just snapshot.
Show some actions from the animal or blend your object into the surroundings using framing, leading line whatever. Add some perspective to the pics

Your photo show's obviously you are very new in photography especially in composition. You manage to get tack sharp image and correct exposure, but composition is as important as well.

Nothing wrong to position the subject of interest in the middle,it does work in some shot I saw over the internet. However, not the case of yours.
Our human's brain works better on seeing the subject of interest in the position of rule of third. There are some other composition rules(guides) as well, just google it.Good luck and have fun.

Thanks both @fun_feng and @lucuias for your feedback. Indeed I just started out in photography and there is indeed many room for improvement. I had been reading a lot of camera operation and shooting books (a.k.a. the craft skill) but not so in composition skill (a.k.a. the art skill). Hope I can improve that and see the world creatively as the time passes.
