Was just at LYP earlier today. Noticed that Cycom is selling Opty 165 at RM1,350. Good price. rclxms.gif

I already did. Not many results since it's pretty new. Thus, wanted to check whether any LY forummers hv tried it.

Hmm, thanks for the tip but I think I will hold off the purchase just yet. What little results on the net seems to indicate that it's not much of a clocker.

Will wait for the next stepping that emerges.

Hum..dual core.We can't say much.
For clocking, single core is the best.

What is the idle and load temperature of you Opty 165 at stock clock speed and OCed?

I've never ran it at stock. But 1.4vcore 2.6ghz. 24 idle and 41 load, my ambient /room temperature is around 20c.
your gonna be much higher since malaysia is so much hotter.
