They will provide the procedure from the email.
You just have to >Print out the form from the email> fill out the form>scan email the form to them>scan the bank in receipt to them.

Remark:Make sure u send them the comercial invoice and google play invoice too..

yisien, motley has just tagged b31 as stable. i recommend you to use this one instead of b22.

for others who are using motley kernel, he has added these into the latest stable version b31
-Added support for generic gamma control via sysfs with scripts (will update post #2 with details and examples). Again, thanks to faux123 for sharing his code.
-Back on Linaro toolchain. Touch Control (PGM) support is still working fine.
-TCP Congestion Control default changed to "veno" to see if it helps achieve faster speeds for some. Also added cubic, bic, illinois, and yeah for testing. Westwood+, reno, and vegas still available.

can get it here
[KERNEL][Jan-28][Linaro]Exp:b31/Main:b57 _motley kernel for the N4

so itchy wanna to flash this kernel to my still stock rom tongue.gif .Dunno still wanna wait for android 4.2.2 update to fix the battery issue or just flash the kernel once and for all. rclxub.gif
