Recently shirogawa posted here in V4 that those "Poetic Borderline Bumper for Nexus 4" sold by Hotspot are those that are from the first batch with peeling issue.

I would like to put on record that those "Poetic Borderline Bumper for Nexus 4" sold by Hotspot ARE NOT those problem first batch. I had seen the confirmation mail reply by Exact-Deal confirming that all those ship to Hotspot are new batches free from the peeling issue. The reason Hotspot does not put up any respond previously is that they need to get confirmation from the supplier first which now they have. FYI they now have all the colour scheme now.

I am not working for Hotspot and I have not financial interest in that establishment but rather a long time customer and friend of the boss.

IMO it is NOT ETHICAL TO ACCUSE someone/establishment of selling defective product then offering to sell the same item youself. This is call Slandering and there is motive involved.

Just my 2 sens worth.

That is great to hear that you get a free replacement, I notice on Amazon Poetic Borderline Bumper review that the so call new version also have some with that issue but very much less. I do hope those bulk order does not have any problem else they will have to send it back for a replacement.

I am very sure that all of them are the same new version 2 because all these were ship via my HopShopGo account as a favour, so I do have all the orders number which tally with Exact-Deal reply.
