Yeah. That's what I'm getting. Using motley b31 with Xylon ROM. Really can't figure out what's the issue here.
*
Maybe you can try out other kernels... Not all kernels suit your device, many said motley is good but it was not my type.

You can try Harsh's kernel.

I am using PA ROM + harsh kernel anyway.

if u going for franco thread, u would see that there are many discussion on r61 and r62 that is mentioned about trade off between performance and battery. both revision is in test phase. r62 will perform more on performance which will using 4 cores while r62 is battery saver which limit on 2 cores.which for me, i am still prefer r53 which is in middle of these.

p/s:if i am not wrongly interpret their meaning of their discussion la...lol...

Don't you get quite high amount of HSIC wakelocks? Or it doesn't matter anymore even though it is high?

I am with Digi RM68 5GB plan now, plan to change to cheaper plan too.. My maximum usage is 3GB per month, is there any plan (prepaid or postpaid) which can get below 50 at 3GB?

So far only found RM48 for 2 GB (Umobile)... The rest all 68 for 3GB for 68 for 4GB sad.gif

rm0.88 for 50mb per day for 39days rm26.40/1.5gb smile.gif

Wow seems not bad, but 50mb hmm... If 100MB then it's perfect. Will look into it, thanks biggrin.gif

I just checked, you must subscribe to their call plan at least RM40... I only want internet plan and pay-as-you-use call/sms. Now looking at Umobile 48 for 2GB. Closest to my requirement.

anyone using light flow? sometimes gt green light but no notification, donno why.....
*
might be you swiped away the notification like email without reading.

Let say green is Gmail, just open gmail and read all your unread emails and will do. Or set in light flow the method to clear away. (pull down notification bar, etc)

Anyone can recommend good turn-by-turn navigation app? Papago doesn't work in 1280x768 resolution... Google Maps is good but no turn-by-turn.

Waze, is it good? I only afraid waze's map is not accurate.

which rom you used with? how's the sot?
*
PA ROM (paranoid). SOT can reach 3-4 hours max with 3G or wifi, not accurate because I just got it for a week and keep on flashing ROM and kernels. Keep on rebooting to test stuff so actual use might be more or less.

I don't know how people can get SOT of 5-6 hours, maybe they didn't use a lot of network-consuming apps or what. All the time I use the phone is related to internet (I don't play games), so I guess that's why.

I can never get good battery with franco kernel, the HSIC wakelock is too high, no idea why. Some people getting insanely good battery life with franco though.

hsic wakelock sometimes will cause problem with 3g. therefore, some devs think that it should be reverting back to the state. but i'm ok with harsh though. just flashed to the newest build and let's see how.

the max i got was 3 and a half. surfed a lot.
*
yup, I keep on surfing and twitter all the time. Instagram, facebook, xda developer forum, gmail...

Harsh kernel is great at fixing hsic, I got moderately low hsic wakelocks (maybe 30min to 40min after whole day usage) and yet I don't get disconnections on 3G nor Wifi.
