My car is in the service center since last thursday due to aircond problem.They told me is the cooling coil problem. Haiz

I just gor my privilege card today after almost half a year. Those who are in the same situation you can call the careline to reapply. According to them is that the old batch of staff screw up the whole thing and most of the application is gone. That is why until now we haven't got our card. I just reapply last week and the card is here now.

Happen about three weeks ago. When i on the aircond a hissing sound came right from the dash. Then the hissing sound will soften down but u will keep on hearing the faint hissing sound. After a week i find the aircond is not as cold as it shoud be so i send it to puchong sc. They say they will send to main supplier in old klang rd to check. Suppose to get it today but when i call sc,, they say they replace the valve but when doing the test the problem persist and found out it is the cooling coil so have to wait until wed. Hopefully it will alright then.

I service my car puchong too for the first 10k. The indian guy also say is compulsory for the aircond trearment. Then when i am at glenmarie sc they no such thing. I made a complain. The indian guy then call me saying it is better for the aircond and so forth. I think he is just making extra profit the puchong sc. What piss me off is this sc belongs to nasim and they don't practice a standard procedure. That's why most owner rather go to glenmarie eventhough lont waiting list. theworst thing is at about 12k+ my aircond start giving problem. Cant wait to go glanmarie. Take it to puchong. Have to leave my car in the sc for a few days and found out the compresor problem. They change it. Lucky still under warranty. If not cost 5870, as i saw the billing. Phew!
