Greeting to all 408 owners. Just collected my 408T in mid-Jan. It is a blue 408T. Few observations that I hope can get some opinions from fellow owners here: 1. FC is about RM0.20/km. Driven for about 1300km on RON95. I calculate using the amount refuel over distance traveled since last refuel. I think it is quite high comparing to what the SA told me ~RM0.16/km. Is this normal? 2. I found that the wiper sequence can be quite distracting when driving in the rain. The left hand side blade goes down last leaving wipe mark/line on the windscreen right in front of the driver and affecting the view. I think it is because this car was designed for left hand side driving but when it is converted to right hand side drive, should this be considered as well? And wonder if it only happens to me. What do you guys think? Else are just awesome! Happy CNY!!

QUOTE(jfcheong @ Feb 7 2013, 09:43 PM) Greeting, congratulate to your new ride and happy CNY 1. Please comment FC using L/100km or km/L unit, so as to prevent confusion due to the floatation of petrol price. Your FC is considered as normal for new, most of the owners here got around 12L/100KM for new cars. Slowly your FC will be better. Maybe around 9L/100KM. 2. Yes, the left wiper is longer than right side due to the conversion of the driver side. The manufacturer is too lazy right? Many of the owners complaint this also. Cheers~ Thanks jfcheong. 1. FC is about 11L/100km. Good to know that it will get better. 9L/100km sounds decent. 2. When you said many complaint about the wiper, do you mean official complain to peugeot/nasim or only concern brought up in the forum? Not sure if the manufacturer was too lazy or just been overlooked. It might sound like a small issue, but when it is distracting driver's view it could be a safety issue. Guess many of us here will be travelling this weekend. Drive safely!
