QUOTE(SKYjack @ Jul 1 2013, 05:30 PM) Having tested both,I can say the are very different. Did you know that the C5 has double wishbone at the front and multi-link at the rear?407 has excellent handling and comfort. Beats most Pugs of today cos of it double wishbone suspension. How I wish my 408t has this. One immediately gets a sporty feel sitting in the car. Only draw back is the NA engine, rather lethargic for it damn good sporty looks. C5 has luxury all over, miles apart from the 407. Great engine. Car feels like a sedan and drives like a sedan. As you know, magic carpet is lost, which is sad! |

There sure are lots of wannabe racers in this thread.
So proud of your turbo and want to bully others by tailgating them? So confident of your car? How about environmental factors? Are you sure the road is in good condition? What if there is a small patch of oil on the road? What if a slower moving vehicle moves into your lane? Can you stop from 200kph in time? I suggest you take a look at accident pictures in Malaysia. Malaysia has a high rate of accidents. http://www.miros.gov.my/web/guest/road More than 6 thousand people die from road accidents every year. Do you want to add to the accident statistics? There are too many cars not using the indicator lights. And not driving safely and responsibly. |

QUOTE(Termibait @ Aug 1 2013, 10:01 AM) Anything more than 90kph will not be safe too....do u drive at 90kph or below? Lol There is a difference between going fast on an clear road compared to going fast tailgating people.like I said, negligence kills and u just proved that with your statement. I m not arguing that speeding is correct or should be proud. Just stop for a moment and think, can we really drive 220kph constantly on highway? Furthermore, I believe if u r driving a turbo model, you wont be driving below 110kph unless there is speed trap or cars in front of you in highway....you will easily do 130 -140kph. Is that SAFE???? Anything more than 90pkh is not safe. If yiu wanna argue road condition, other drivers etc...even you stay at home also not safe. I rest my case. btw tailgating people is a rude behavior. |

QUOTE(skyblu3 @ Aug 4 2013, 07:23 PM) OK. No problem. No one come here to argue. Just stating my points. Tow truck operators would love to know which road too After all, we all drive the same water boiling car. You may speed as much as you want. No problem. But please do tell me which highway/road you usually use. I would love to avoid using that road if possible |

QUOTE(Termibait @ Aug 5 2013, 10:47 AM) Especially slow drivers driving at 80kph and hogging the fast lane. Tow trucks surely just inches away from ur car...saw too many, tailgated too many by the even in the middle lane at 110kph.. Since you profess you are so great at driving at high speeds why not prove your ability in sepang?what irks me most is those people like to cut into fast lane when they are overtaking cars or simply wanna overtake at snailspeed and knowing there is a car coming fast from far or near....ish..simply cant understand these people.some more says other tailgating them. http://www.timetoattack.net/ Talk in forums is cheap go prove your time in sepang |
