QUOTE(akimzz @ Jun 5 2013, 05:42 PM) Yah..installed already. can fell better in-term of filtering wind noise. But the double sided tape not really strong. First day installed dah tercabut at few areas. . For those area yg tercabut i spray with 3M 3 sec glue on top of double sided tape..huhuhu... i'm suspecting that you've or the SC waxed your car previously. did you degrease those areas before sticking those tapes up? those 3M stickers on mine are still intact

QUOTE(YFY @ Jun 6 2013, 10:06 AM) Discovered that this is not an upgrade for the 408 in Malaysia. The new tail lights are for China Peugeot 408 and cannot be fitted in our current cars. (Not at the moment, anyway) Sorry for the sad news. i was told by the reseller in china that the FL lights can fit into the pre-FL aka 2012 models we have here

QUOTE(YFY @ Jun 6 2013, 11:52 AM) My wife, who is driving a Hyundai Accent also likes the car a lot. So I placed an order for this beauty for her - a Virtual Blue 3-door Peugeot 208 with a 17 alloy wheel and a lovely Panoramic roof. 2 pugs side by side. How cute

QUOTE(light_up @ Jun 6 2013, 09:16 PM) tempting... something i've dream of, but i believe the headlight cut-off line is for LHD model I've got LHD clear lense headlights for my fukang. Not a problem as the headlights are manually adjustable (both vertical and horizontal) from the rear.

QUOTE(robinyan @ Jun 7 2013, 08:16 PM) Maybe your expectation is too high, can't wait for the 2nd batch to arrive as well. where there is not a lot of noise to begin with, i think we're okay try driving a myvi or saga for a week and you'll know how quiet your lexus-wannabe 408 is

QUOTE(imifun @ Jun 8 2013, 10:22 AM) Finally, I manage to install tue insulation kit. And I really suck at it. Sweat like mad. Anyway, as kuhan said, closing the door gives a solid sound. Will drive out later to test it. And just to clarify, not that I never want to buy the car again... At least at the moment I wont buy it. If nasim can reduce the price of parts and improve their after sales, then it will attract more customers and in a way peugeot will have better second hand value since parts are affordable and reliable. good news like kuhan said, the sound of the door closing action becomes a whoop, instead of the usual thud. nobody noticed that when you guys were abusing my cars during TT the other day?
