BTW, 5yrs or 100km free service, which equivalent to 10 times free service. I would said it is good offer, since you save around RM10k for service. rclxms.gif

The new careline person says they can jump start for me and i can drive back all the way to KL. But with the heavy steering issue i think better not. I 'll stay another in Penang and hopefully tomolo morning they can rectify the battery and power steering asap so i can go back to KL. All the best to me tongue.gif

Seriously, peugeot better get ppl with more knowlegde abt their services.

Sorry to know you met such bad scenario. BTW Peugeot Careline really sent technician to replace my battery during last Tuesday, which was a public holiday.

Sometimes it is really LUCK to talk to the right person from Careline to rectify the problem. I don't mind if there is some hiccup with the vehicles but my concern is, did the manufacturer takes immediately action to help/rescue the customer.

I did not jump start that day. The technician replaced the battery immediately.

Why replacing battery affected the power steering? Any words from Peugeot?

Call to Careline to lodge report, or you can email to them. I did once and I am happy with their follow up.

Regarding to 5yrs free service, you do not need any authorise letter. Did you receive the service booklet with some stickers from your SA? You only need to present those to the SC during you register to service.

Which SC?
