anybody???





my note 2 lockscreen doesn't work. except those requires passwords or pin or pattern.

I set under swipe to unlock, after it wakes from sleep, it will unlock automatically without me doing anything.

restarted phone. removed battery...done all those basic troubleshoot.

anyone can help? thanks
not rooted or anything.

normally press home or on off button to wake screen.
then swipe to unlock screen or swipe the shortcuts on lock screen.

but now it wakes and directly goes to desktop or home.

very weird indeed.
don't have any apps have direct connection with lock screen that I know of. been randomly stopping n deleting apps which I think possible but nothing works.

actually when I restart the phone it was normal for the first minute. later it just doesn't work anymore.
high possibility is application issue right.
but how can. I find it?

I do have some black market in my phone and recently did some app update. I believe thats the culprit is it?

did an add on scan. most I saw is wake lock. should be normal right.

I found line and kugou and who's call app have this disable key guard permisson. I uninstalled whoscall and screen unlock is back 2 times and back to no screen lock again.

I believe everybody using Line. shouldn't be this problem right.

OK I confirmed its the china music DL app causing the issue. some other app have this disable key guard app without problem but this Lugo has some issues.

BTW.. I did went to consult a Samsung store technician.
the first thing he said is oh..... your firmware corrupted. need to backup and bring back here to restore. you must be using 4.1.1.

I replied no.

he said you update with phone?

I said ya

he said you need to use computer.. download the software..... blablabla

I think it's their standard procedure to flash your phone before anything else. haha

oh no. you did the whole reset procedure first...haha
I always put that option as the very last option. lazy to backup and stuff.

now we know it but kugou is just too good for me to uninstall it. damn...

when I first got the phone I was like you. a bit paranoid to be exact. worry about battery life. . keep checking. .. updating usage... switch off anything that drains battery. ... until I bought a spare Samsung battery. You don't have to worry anymore. 2 batts enough for 24 hours use or more.each last about 12 hours. It's a good investment

who is having this irritating echoes issue complain from your callers?

I wasted 2 cases because of echoes issue.
and now problem still persist with just the original battery cover on.

But when I remove the battery cover.
THE ECHO IS GONE !!!!! WTH ???

software ? don't think so. Even happened before I updated to latest.

hardware? Hope not. Haven't get that checked

telco? Hopefully just some faulty sim card or network

called samsung. told me to confirm not telco issue then only pproceed to service center.

delete kugou. get kuwo instead.

kugou or kuwo came first? What's difference. seems like the same to me.

I bought the battery charging kit came with a battery rm189 at Samsung store.

I have a yoobao with me. use for few weeks then got sick of it. You need to bring cable with you and that piece of block everytime. and when it's almost dead you need use it while it connected. Very funny looking.

Now just need to bring that thin battery and change once and no more worry. Even can on the brightness to full because normally can't finish the battery at night. Hehe.

You guys should try it. Price something like power bank anyway right.
