I believe because of this QUOTE Custom Binary Download = No
Current Binary = Samsung Official

For people that want to change useragent in stock browser can do these steps.
1. type about:debug in the address bar and press enter.
2. press menu > settings > there is now a new option called "debug"
3. select debug and you will see an option to change UA.
