QUOTE(abong8 @ Feb 24 2013, 03:20 AM) I used back all ori parts only but bought from parts centre. The parts only cost me rm290 including 1 bottle of radiator coolant. then i bought 5 bottle of proton atf at rm21 per bottle. No labour charge since im doing it myself.. any special tools u used to hold the intake and exhaust camshaft?where's is the marking ah ? besides air gun, any idea how to tighten back the bolt on the crank pulley? my mileage gonna hit 80k soon. |

QUOTE(abong8 @ Feb 24 2013, 05:34 PM) Yup there is.. it is some sort of toothed lock which i borrowed from my friend working at proton edar. That tools are specially meant for campro engine. The marking is a dot marked at the camshaft n crankshaft area. Just make sure it is perfectly alligned before adjusting the belt tensioner.. How about the tightening crankpulley bolt ah/.?hand tight the bolt should be ok? i dont have the air tools. so when locking the nut is like turn the belt only. i know a way to loosen the crank pulley bolt but i have no idea when tightening it.
