Just went for 35K servicing yesterday at 2pm APPOINTMENT. Found a leakage for radiator or something. Have to replace a rubber ring called thermostat err....something. Should take abt 2 hours at most.

SC asked me comes back another day for that fixed....the darn place close at 5-6pm..4 hours before closing. What use is appointment if you can't fix things on spot (ada stock) even when within 2 hours time span.

At other car makes SC, when you make an APPOINTMENT for servicing and WARRANTY thingy, they try to fix for you on the spot. Ini pulak ask me come another day. My leaves very expensive lor...grrrr...

Then asked to solve whrrring sound at steering, not irritating, just worry something gonna go after my warranty expire in May. Identified clock spring kong.

The bugger opened up my steering, then find out no part replacement in their store and ask me to come back after they order one next week. OK that I accept. Then he fixed back my steering cover....now when I move my steering....kuek, krak, kuak, kia, uekkk...mother*****r....even worse.

Then final minor bomb comes.....I have to pay for the coolant leak. Ok...coolant I pay ok, but the shit darn defective or low quality rubber is part of radiator and I have to pay for it also, ok that I accept, only RM5.....then I HAVE to pay for the workmanship somemore RM50 or more.

What type of F**K-UP car warranty is PROTON giving....so conclusion.....PROTON 2 years F**K-UP WARRANTY is unlike other car makes, extremely selective and only big stuff is free, all other car parts and engine parts...and labour got to pay yourself.

I think I will go back to HONDA next time. At least when they offer 3 years warranty, anything in the engine also got warranty, except truly wear and tear items like timing belt, etc.

Not premixed.. The last time i change i saw them drain everything out, wash the bottle, pour 1L of coolant in then top up till full with water..
