With regards to your query on DSLAM distance query, upon checking in the system for telephone number 04xxxxxxx, we found that your cable distance from our exchange is more than 1.51km whereas offerings of 8Mbps services is subject to distance limitation of maximum of 1.51km from exchange, port availability and also technical testing during installation. Your understanding on this matter is highly appreciated.

can u tell me what u DSLAM Distance how many km ur still 2KM OR what

need try agent whare to find

my old phone line dont want cut because people will call my house

and my streamyx old already contract finished 1mbps sign up was 2006 lol

so first i must register new streamyx with new phone line

how apply do need go online tm site

if PC downloading full speed 1mb/sec like IDM
if watch HyppTV iptv the speed will drop
not dadicated bandwitch ???? like vlan tag

i just upgraded 4mbps 20may because last time i ask 8mbps available my area tm say not support not avilable
they cap 5mb 30may

can u check my line so can support 8mbps or not ????

my distance tm told 2.5km but max support 4mbps only
