Talk to your installer again and see whether he can help you.

Otherwise, you will need to call 100, and complain to ask them to change the sync rate to at least 9400kbps for you to achieve 8Mbps speed at the very best effort that TM can give. That takes a lot of phone calls and probably longer waiting time. YMMV.

Go signup for a kimsufi 2g server.
10 euros a month, 500gb server and you can do whatever you want with it.
Neeed to learn very basic stuff and a lot of guides on setting up.
Once they are setup,can use no problem for a long time.

Speedtest.net upload speed is not accurate.
Best measure is to try upload files to your dropbox. Should give a fair indication of your actual upload speed.
