I've upgraded to Streamyx 8mbps for a while now (from Penang). However, on Friday my phone line had issue with no dial tone, and affected my Internet as well. Contacted Tmnet and today the they came to fix the phone line. Now it's ok but my speed seems to hit only around 6mbps. Is this normal?
