I talk with TM point if your allocated port for 8mbps streamyx is 10mbps then you can upgrade to unifi lite. I double confirm by call 100 also same answer.

I don't think so. Depends on the street cabinet cabinet as well. My 8mbps was set to 10mbps port but still didn't manage to upgrade to unifi lite. For unifi lite vdsl, your port must be able to set to 13mbps for download and 6mbps upload. Only vdsl-able dslam (VB and VC coding cabinet) are able to set that limit.

It may be Streamyx 10Mbps (ADSL), instead of Unifi 10Mbps (VDSL/FTTH)!

If Streamyx 10mbps (ADSL) what is the port they will allocate?

Just an update regarding my case, my internet speed limit have been adjusted. Tm technician came over to check on my speed and yes they said k.l side did some mistake on my speed as I mention from day 1 lol

The tm live chat inform me that they have adjusted to a higher speed limit for my account previously and I did not see that on my tp-link router. I tried using the Innacomm adsl router from tm and yes.. there is a higher speed stat shown there but.. it is on :



Attainable Down Stream : 19752kbps (19mbps)

After you've drained the free 600 minutes:

So no free unlimited calls unlike the unifi advance/pro plan.

else, RM129 package will charge voice calls for 20sen/min for all fixed and mobile numbers.. so is your dad is a frequent landline caller to TM Fixed line or mobile?

I mean those tm guys that claim to adjust my cap speed limit higher then what they usually do did a mistake there. They did not adjust my internet speed but the attainable speed lol the technician also garu kepala wondering which idiot did this

not idiot, more likely the tech guy doesnt get it.. seems previously the line quality is bad and now it's fixed.

actual dl speed about 960-1011kB/s

i didn't upgrade though, cos i couldnt, always my area line not eligible

so tm starting the free upgrade (double the speed) for streamyx user.. hope my 8m will got free unifi lite upgrade too..

nah i dont think there's any free upgrade for streamyx

this could be mistake on their side, well I'll keep using it for now until it's gone

according to the budget, streamyx upgrade double the speed start by phase until dec 2017

I wish my place is able to support Unifi Lite but there's no news.

tm still screw the streamyx user.. my place already got unifi lite, but i ask cs my 8mb not listed in upgrade due to technical limitation.. wth.. i ask tm point my line can support unifi lite already, i just want to be invite as free upgrade.. and keep the set box lol

Unifi lite is cheaper. than RM160 8Mbps, why not just sign up for a new plan?

my streamyx 140 promo price + free hypptv, my mil stil want to keep the hypptv if sub new plan... only got everywhere ... cannot use with the hypptv app in setop box, only everywhere app (not remote friendly)
