yesterday lodge a report to TM around 12pm , 3pm got technician call and came to my house. after he do some checkup, apparently the technician who install my streamyx share the same port with other user, meaning we are sharing the same port. no wonder my speed is inconsistent and laggy sometimes. after he seperated the port now the speed is smooth.

hi guys... im using the 8mbps streamyx.... the line connection isnt very good...quite laggy also... and always have to wait a while when i click a link.... is it my router issue ka? sometime so bad that i have to disconnect n reconnect... im using a tp link router...

are u using the router from tm or ur own?

from tm, and i plan to change. the tech said tm one tak boleh pakai punye. haha

tm punya mmg useless... oddly... last nite it seems to be ok... lets see if its back to normal this weekend

Heard Unifi Lite is going to be launched in April 2017

June 2017 lah.

But upload speed detail kinda vague now.
There is saying the upload speed will be either 1024kbps or 5120kbps.
But 5120kbps upload speed would require either VDSL or fiber based connection.

Weird, every sources I had, they mentioned june 2017. Hmmm.......

How accurate are these info about so called Unifi Lite?
no offense but i could've sworn hearing flying rumors about it since early 2016

just file a complaint to mcmc/cfm on the thank you surprise and see what they reply.

Sorry if I got the launch date wrong. Being told that have some areas for testing, ie Kuang or Kundang. Those with 8mbps will be informed for upgrade. Not sure whether free or new package.
