Hey I like this show.

Particularly Akatsuki and the opening.

Its like Lelouch trapped in the world of MMORPG.

This anime is more strategic and mystery thinking like .Hack.

The MC and his friends trying to figure out whether they live in a reality world or virtual world.

Comparing SAO and Log Horizon is not relevant eventhough both setting is same, but the nature of the storyline is differ. SAO is about guy who want to save his girl and survive till the end, while LH is more towards investigating the reason why they were stuck in the game.

Thats why, comparing .Hack with LH is much better since .Hack storyline is similar to LH where the mc and his gang try to figure out the recent event occurs in reality world where the players has been found coma after playing The World. I found LH storyline similar to .Hack Roots and PS2's .Hack game trilogy series itself.

Because is LH, everyone will be resurrected at the church if they were killed or HP dropped to 0. While in SAO, everyone will died for good if HP dropped to 0.

And players in Elder's Tale already panicked when they 1st knew they cannot logout in the 1st episode. They even try to "die" to test whether they can be automatically log out from the game.

BTW, comparing LH with SAO or .Hack is not relevant because in LH, their not trapped in the game, in fact, the game is their reality now.

What Shiroe means by "Kore ga bokutachi ga real" each time after the end of preview for the upcoming episode has a lot of meaning which separates LH with other 'people were trapped in mmorpg' anime.

The problem with LH is player cannot have sex in game world like SAO. If not, Shiroe would surely laid her everytime.

Couldnt wait to see how Shiro save those twins.

Damn this show reminds me of .Hack series and how Ragnarok Online should be animated.

Rather than comparing Kirito with Shiroe, why not comparing Kirito with Soujiro. Both got harem, both is a dual sword wielder and both is a bishie.
