Showroom is pretty impressive.
The 1800 sf one has rooms on both sides, which gives adequate privacy. 2700 sf is a dual unit one. The bigger unit looks spacious and the interior design is very well done. SA said one can stay in the main unit and rent out the smaller unit. Makes sense also |

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Oct 25 2014, 11:42 PM) Though its nice, i feel that at RM1k psf is on the high, if not one of the highest side. I will wait till cmpletion before deciding if it really looks as good as what they say, especially the tree entrance as per brochure and overall design.I dont think it will appreciate that much from now...plus there are still hnits available. So no rush |

Totally agree with you on icon residence. I have been inside also and the wow factor is somehow not coming out nicely...
QUOTE(ouchie_85 @ Sep 14 2015, 10:48 PM) Agreed that all these condos have their own concept & strategy to differentiate their products particularly during the launch/marketing phases - hoping to reach out to a particular target market but eventually when people look to buy into a sub-sale unit all these concepts doesn't have much weightage i feel (i.e. beach like swimming pool etc.). It's more on the price & actual unit design/layout. However I do realize at the end of the day, what really matters is how well they can execute their concept as what they have envisioned & pitched initially + end product quality. For instance, I was very impressed with Icon Residence when they first launched it (price was exorbitant then and still is). Now, it's up and ready & honestly I failed to see the "Wow" factor that I was pitched and it looks absolutely absurd to me design wise. Will I pay a RM1,000 sqft for it now? No way man.. Also, I was close to getting a ready unit in Seringin Residence by reputable SHC but was shocked with the build quality when it was ready (shockingly prices have dropped by 10% on iProperty) & price for the location wise. So having a unique product + concept/design or even excellent historical track record might not be a recipe for guaranteed success. What I do hope is PH to live up to the expectations of us - fellow buyers in delivering the product that we expect from it's video, showroom etc.. |

1200 sf. There seem to be 2 designs. One with dry kitchen and no wet. The other has wet kitchen but it’s exposed to outside. Anyone can confirm?

The WCT land also my concern of being block by those building. Those facing mk10 has no noise. Similarly for Block A facing inner swimming pool. Facing highway of cos got noise la.Any advise from current onwers ? WCT block if you are in the bigger units ie Block C |

QUOTE(Sichang @ Dec 5 2019, 10:37 PM) Thinking of getting block C which have good kl city view but worry WCT will build tall building and block the view. Also the noise is terrible I suppose with nested highway nearby. Go and listen for yourself. Seni is also by then highway but noise with wondows closed is almost nil |

QUOTE(a16791 @ Dec 6 2019, 08:56 AM) Speaking from experience near to highway is big no no. Of course minimal noise after windows are closed but can't be having the windows closed most of the time. Once you open the window the noise is quite bad especially if your noise insulation is very good . You can feel the big difference. You stay at pavilion hilltop?Units that are not facing highway you can feel the serenity . |
