RM 700 psf would be much very expensive ... I heard it's not that this high pricing.

If u notice, the masterplan looks good bcz the surrounding area was drafted as greenery, which told it was not.

And the facing of the condos and service apartments, most of them were blocking each other view with tight angle.

yes, and it's bigger scale compare to Scott SOHO.

This is mixed development mah, Knox sure copy back and re-design it with similar things they had worked out for Scott SoHo and Scott Garden, lol.

Even residential, their own project, Rimba Residence is similar with their earlier JV projects, KR1 and KR2, which also little bit similar with other projects they consulted, The Regina USJ 1 and the latest one, Paragon 3, SK. Other completed project was Zen Residence, Puchong but not so close to all these new uder con designs.
