If you make more long calls or many calls, like to use feature like super 10, super weekend, etc. and don't need super long life > stick with hit RM1

If you make short or fewer calls, like to sms, mainly contact with FnF numbers or want to have super long life > switch to new Best

Notes :

grace period after expiry of credit is 75 days under the new plan vs 90 days under the old plan

for data user, not much difference between these plans

actually i don't make much call though, mostly to my family. I used to like super long life on hit RM1 which I do not need to keep reload my phone but it no longer valid for that plan. Does this best prepaid still give out birthday bonus etc?

Well you need to change to the NEW BEST Prepaid to continue using Super Long Life, as mentioned by dgboy.

Sorted it out now. Here is the reply from DG CS Backend:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry dated 29/1/2013.

Please note that birthday bonus will be credited as Free Credit Balance for your prepaid number. Your Free Credit Balance will be reset to zero if your prepaid number is in inactive status for more than 30 days. Active status means that you can use your prepaid number to call or SMS, where grace period is your line in inactive status before it gets terminated. During grace period, your prepaid number still can receive call and SMS but unable to making outgoing call and SMS.

Please e-mail us or contact our Customer Service Team at 016-2211800 if you have any enquiries.

Have a nice day.

Regards,
DiGi CS Backend
