Why I did not know about this thread earlier? I brought my wife to MNP from Celcom to Umobile 14th janury but until now still did not receive any sms. Today I made a payment for our Celcom bills with a hope it can speed up the process. If I know about this thread, sure I will engage CnY Garage to do it for me.

no worry still can ask for my help if umobile already rejected your application

by the way u just let me know ur number to port, Ic number and name then i can check whether ur application is still under progress or already being rejected brows.gif

Just want know, can I get my money back if my application being rejected. During application, I also paid for RM30 & RM20 topup for each sim. Today I'll try to go and ask Umobile and maybe try to call hotline also. I still can wait a few more days if it necessary. Let see a few more days.
*
u pay the top up @ center during application or @ dealer ? if dealer 1, just return ur card and get back the money, usually center won't charge u anything for process , after u call lets see what result

hi boss. plan to mnp my maxis skmm to either u mobile or xox. which one have better internet surfinf experience? n better package for voice call n sms? pls advise. notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif
*
umobile have faster internet but sometimes during night very slow especially at congested area, but calling umobile enjoy super low rate and even free call 1 hour per day b4 7pm is really attractive, and sure enjoy 5% discount on top up or bill payment with me brows.gif
xox always enjoy best call rate but the internet speed steady <>800kbps like that, not going too fast, but sure this 1 no special discount la since i m not that big dealer in this

comparison done, suggestion = try umobile first , if really not good in ur area, port to xox next time cool2.gif both i can help

HI CNY,

May I know, how much longer does it take after umobile accept my porting request. Already receive sms from umobile and now just waiting current celcom SIM to be out of service.

Regarding your topup 5% discount, is it just available for MNP number or also available for original umobile number? I'm considering to top up from you in future.
*
5% to all umobile numbers
cool2.gif tomorrow last day to enjoy extra 8% Cny promotion from umobile

Hi there, I've just sent you an email at umobile.com.my@gmail.com.

I made the payment too as mentioned in the email.

Please check your email and process it ASAP biggrin.gif

Thanks a lot!

On a side note, I just pay my last month bill (due March) today. I don't think it's not considered overdue right? Hope that won't affect the MNP process.

what email address ya ?

SIM already activated but current SIm still active. In my case, it was umobile fault. Umobile dealer send an email to umobile dated 18.1.2014 and somehow they reply the dealer to update them my application is in process. That dealer show me their email conversation. Umobile dealer call them to check what is the status for my application and somehow they told us they can't find our application. They ask dealer to re-submit the application last Friday (last week). Last tuesday, we receive sms from umobile our SIM now activated. But until today still can't use.

I already call umobile and also email to them today. They told me, we still need to wait 3-4 working days and probably next week before completely port to umobile. A bit dissapointed when this happen. If I want to port other number, I will surely want you to do it for me.
*
yup usually we do by system, email always lack of accuracy, but some process like main and supp line together port into umobile we need to send email too but must check with them daily, so far nowadays the normal mnp process take half to 1 day, and main supp lines mnp takes 3-5 days

by the way there is another way is just call or proceed to any center to stop the process if nothing gonna be fixed for coming 1 week, then resubmit a clear process is faster than waiting them to SOLVE the previous problem. cool2.gif wish u good luck
