This aurora is going to be the commercial hub in Bukit Jalil with 5 banks.

It is time that Bukit Jalil have its own banks and hypermarkets.

By Ho Hup, small part of the dev of Jalil City. The bigger scale was Malton.

The land is quite huge. The big plot next to the BJ Rekreasi Park or Tmn Bukit Jalil. Fronting Alam Sutera or next to BJ-Kinrara Highway onwards to Sri Rakyat apartment, BJ.

If all the 5 banks coming to Aurora were confirmed and concrete info, it would be a huge boom to the whole BJ or anything with 5km radius.

Malton's serie was inclusive a very huge and grand looking Mega Mall and heard fr a BJ taikor, Jaya Jusco was in the pipeline.

2 m sf is big for a mall. Let's get ready to embrace the transformation of bj.

Definitely. It's like a Megamall with Mid Valley ambition, Pavillion outlook and sizing behind Berjaya Times Square as the biggest mall in KL by sq feet.

I heard it from one of the big taikor I know in BJ during our yumcha session, that Jaya Jusco will be part of the Mega Mall by Malton.

WCT Mall I didn't korek much, but was told, the concept is very similar to the Paradigm Kelana Jaya and the tenants would be, about the same including Tesco.

My impression is that this project is always very secretive. No marketing, ads and will hear all the units are snapped up, everything seems to be happening under table, tsk tsk

Bro, first bj landed n commercial sell by itself. Did u see ads, launching for Esplanad, jalil sutera, SEri jalil, the link shops, bj bungalows. No nO at all.

Second reason is in bj there isnt land for township development. Strategic location but limited land for future Dev, advertise is a waste if $$$

Yes why not? I saw banner hanging for Esplanade and Jalil Sutera. That was many years back.

I think tat time, we did some banners ard BJ but not those heavily marketing.

Another example, Sri petaling shops never advertise but all Sapu habis either via balloting or direct.

I do agree with you that certain projects like the Sri Petaling shop lots do not need advertisement and will still be fully sold out. However, I am thinking for such a big project, the Jalil City including Aurora in BJ area, there is no advertisement to even promote the existence of the project. The entire project is like being carried out in a hush hush manner, as if the mgmt has no confidence in making it a success.

THe project was open for booking when there was no licenses/approval... so you do not see any marketing effort. Now fully sold out and there is no next phase, so you also won't see any advertisement lor ...
