I can't be bothered to copy the usrnames of the posters that were talkin about the spring being wrapped around the cable.
To the 2 (?) persons that were calling the other guy a 2". Sure, you can wrap a cheap pen spring around a thin cable such as what was shown in the pic. However, such a spring will offer no support for the cable as it is too soft -> which will result in the same problem -> cable disconnecting/breaking from the head. If you were to use a better spring with more and harder coils, I doubt you'd be able to wind your cable through the spring. |
