My case here Blizzard said the fund is already sent on 1st Feb, but I can confirmed that it is still not yet reflected in my Paypal account, already 11 days.. blush.gif

So, I think I have no chance to get back my USD 22.94 already.. what should I do, seems like I've get cheated by this big game company.. doh.gif

I'm already asked Blizzard for the transaction ID for 2 times, however the CSO said :

I'm going to share my ticket history with you guys, they kinda refused to solve my issue and at last I asked for Blizzard CEO email address, and they start saying "Your ticket submission has also been reviewed by management and they agree on the response provided at this time. " doh.gif

I've begun to cut down a sizeable chunk of my time spent on D3 game. As you may have known, it's so troublesome to update a new patch even however I don't mind to engage in the D3 RMAH game.
