Understand that this is mobile broadband, how can I share the connection without using a phone for tethering purpose? Is it possible to have a device that can plug the sim card into and share it wirelessly to other PCs?

Since this mobile broadband is faster and cheaper than Fiber connections, what is the advantage of having a Fiber then?
