1. run 5 times speedtest with same server and phone in same place and time. run 5 times concurrently. take note of avg up and down speed
2. turn on wifi tether, connect any device to phone, load a few pages, let it load completely then re-run speedtest on phone with same server, phone position nvr changed.
3.will notice a significant drop in speed and increased latency, to a point speedtest might have communication error message
4. turn on airplane mode on phone for 30 secs and then turn airplane mode off, rerun speedtest same server again and phone in same place, the speed comes back normal
5. reboot phone also can
i find it weird as it has started 1 wk ago here in seberang jaya, penang.

Its due to ur PC still have background activity that consume the internet bandwidth, that why when u run speed test at ur phone the speed is slow.im re-running the test now.
